[Hiring] Marketing Campaigns Manager @Kindsight

Role Description

Kindsight seeks a Marketing Campaigns Manager to turn audience insight into momentum and measurable growth. You’ll craft programs that educate and earn trust, converting attention into pipeline while leaving prospects feeling helped, not sold.

• Partner with SDRs, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and key media partners
• Set the narrative in our CRM and iWave segments
• Amplify the narrative across channels
• Build a repeatable engine that’s easy to measure and scale
• Grow our database of qualified contacts
• Increase speed-to-lead and strengthen MQL→SQL conversion
• Create campaigns that our buyers talk about

Key Performance Indicators

• Database growth and MQL creation from marketing campaigns
• Qualified Prospect creation from marketing campaign MQLs
• MQL to SQL conversion rate and velocity
• Email performance; click through rate and MQL creation; open rate and list health

What You’ll Do

• Develop campaign and webinar ideas that resonate with our buyers across CRM and iWave product segments
• Build campaign briefs and editorial calendars; validate topics with sales, customers, and market intel
• Liaise with internal/external speakers and subject-matter experts
• Produce and manage campaign assets: landing pages, emails, social copy, paid ad copy, speaker decks, and post-event resources
• Work with Corporate Marketing team to develop graphics as needed by the campaign
• Own QA and brand compliance across all campaign touchpoints
• Manage a top-of-funnel distribution engine with third-party vendors/media partners
• Manage promotion through owned channels and manage channel calendars
• Help manage assets for digital advertising campaigns with our agency
• Own operational logistics of webinars from end-to-end
• Ensure best-in-class attendee experience and on-brand content delivery
• Develop concise SDR messaging guides for campaign-specific follow-up
• Nurture contacts who are not yet ready through marketing automation

Lifecycle Marketing

• Run persona-targeted email nurtures designed to generate SQLs from our database
• Manage database health and growth
• Enforce compliance (CASL/CAN-SPAM/GDPR)

Marketing Operations

• Own campaign setup and attribution in HubSpot/Salesforce
• Create HubSpot & Salesforce reports that report on campaign performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen with proven end-to-end ownership of inbound campaigns
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoom webinar
• Email marketing expertise
• Data-literate with real curiosity for insights
• Strong copywriting and content packaging skills
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot CMS
• Cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills
• Forward-planning campaign management skills
• QA-obsessive and brand-compliant
• Database health & compliance basics

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $110,000 CAD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity.
