Role Description
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support the execution and activation of global marketing campaigns. You will be key in developing, analyzing, and optimizing best-in-class marketing. You will leverage Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech tools like Integrate, 6sense, etc.

Supporting Global and Growth Marketing email campaigns by advising on data health, audience segmentation, and strategy.

Developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, automated campaigns to attract, engage, and nurture customers and prospects.

Creating an informed, decision-making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations.

Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materials.

Troubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g., data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).
Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant marketing automation experience (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and a Bachelor's degree.

Excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.

Experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms (Marketo and/or Marketing Cloud).

Process-oriented with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Adept in juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities.

Self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, critical thought, and resourcefulness.

Ability to think outside the box and present ideas that question the status quo.
