[Hiring] Marketing Associate @Beacon Biosignals

Role Description

We're looking for an organized, innovative marketing professional to serve as the operational engine behind our Life Sciences Marketing team. You'll be the person who makes things happen, turning strategy into action, managing the details that drive results, and building systems that help our marketing and business development teams work smarter.

What success looks like:

• Events & Conference Strategy
  • Own our conference calendar end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to post-event ROI analysis
  • Coordinate all event logistics including sponsorships, travel, registration, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
  • Develop pre- and post-event outreach strategies, including attendee targeting and follow-up campaigns
  • Manage deadlines around scientific content submissions (abstracts, posters) and social amplification around events
• Audience Development & Outreach
  • Build and segment prospect lists aligned with our target accounts for events and campaigns
  • Work with conference organizers to acquire registration lists and other preparatory assets
  • Partner with the BD team to craft outreach messaging
• CRM and Data Management
  • Maintain clean, actionable data across our marketing and BD systems
  • Add relevant leads and contacts from contact databases
  • Implement tagging structures and workflows that enable our team to work more efficiently
  • Manage the marketing attribution model across touch points
• Content & Social Media
  • Manage our editorial calendar and grow our LinkedIn presence (with expansion to other platforms)
  • Create compelling content that connects our science with broader industry conversations
  • Collaborate with designers to produce engaging visuals, animations, and data storytelling
  • Track relevant awareness days, research milestones, and cultural moments to keep our content timely
• Thought Leadership & Media Relations
  • Identify award opportunities and manage submissions from application to announcement
  • Scout podcast and speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts

Qualifications

• Experience using marketing, business development, and AI platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, Asana, Sharepoint, Figma, video-editing tools, LLMs)
• A strong aptitude for organization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Extreme attention to detail, excels at managing competing deadlines and priorities
• You're comfortable in scientific or research settings; bonus if you have neuroscience familiarity
• Familiarity with academic or industry conferences (e.g., poster builds, abstract submissions)

Requirements

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Salary ranges are determined using current market compensation data for this role and adjusted based on experience, skills, and location. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.
