Role Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our firm's growth, helping to execute and innovate our marketing strategies, and ensuring our firm reaches those who need our services the most.

• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute marketing plan initiatives and strategic campaigns
• Cold Calling to build out a referral network
• Coordinate and track all marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with firm goals and timelines
• Develop and maintain weekly marketing performance dashboards with actionable insights and key metrics
• Identify and cultivate new professional referral sources through targeted outreach and relationship building with attorneys, community organizations, and professional networks
• Edit and optimize content (video and static imagery) for digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms
• Track, qualify, and report on leads generated through social media and digital marketing channels, ensuring timely follow-up
• Serve as primary liaison with marketing vendors, coordinating meetings and gathering performance reports
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, event coordination, and other marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of marketing experience; experience in the legal industry preferred
• Proficient in video recording and editing software/tools for creating high-quality content for social media and other platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Canva and other graphic design tools to create visually captivating materials
• Proven experience in drafting effective marketing emails with high open and conversion rates
• Strong visual storytelling abilities, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all video content
• Familiarity with the nuances of video content for different social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
