Role Description
The Ecosystem team accelerates the growth of the Monad ecosystem by supporting committed teams that are building ambitious products on Monad. As part of the APAC Ecosystem team, you’ll conceptualize, implement, and manage GTM strategies for early- to mid-stage builders across all verticals (e.g. DeFi, gaming, NFTs) to become thriving ecosystem projects.
- Help inform and execute on Monad’s growth strategy, specifically in the APAC region.
- Brainstorm and execute creative go-to-market strategies for prominent ecosystem projects.
- Create up-to-trend initiatives and campaigns for the ecosystem projects to ensure their products are marketed to the fullest extent.
- Consult and advise on the marketing strategy of ecosystem projects, especially in the language of web3 culture.
- Work with and alongside cross-functional teams including Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with a range of counterparties, builders, investors, exchanges, infrastructure providers to promote the growth of the Monad ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry with a marketing and/or an ecosystem growth related role.
- Track record building and executing successful web3 GTM strategies.
- Crypto native, with a meaningful understanding of crypto concepts, technical overviews, culture, and industry segments.
- Understand what crypto native users like with regard to content, trends, and other emerging verticals.
- Creative and can think outside of the box to achieve goals in a novel way.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and familiar with web3 communication styles (e.g. using TG, crypto vernacular, etc.).
- Autonomous and self-motivated, and proactive in pursuing opportunities.
- Multilingual with professional fluency in English and another APAC-based language.
Requirements
- Notably large presence in the Crypto Twitter space (nice to have).
- Skill for creating image or video contents (nice to have).
- Strong existing relationships in the industry (nice to have).
- Strong knowledge of different sectors of a blockchain ecosystem (i.e. defi, infrastructure, etc.) (nice to have).
- Experience working at an early-stage startup and juggling competing priorities (nice to have).
