Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Lead to act as the founder’s right hand, owning day-to-day operations and ensuring all client work runs smoothly. You’ll manage workflows, maintain quality, and coordinate the team so projects stay on track and on time.
Key Responsibilities

ClickUp Pipeline Management: Oversee weekly pipelines, follow up on blocked tasks, and provide a brief status update to the founder.

Social Media Content Delivery: Review AI content, manage approvals, and schedule final assets.

Email Marketing: Oversee newsletter and nurturing workflows, coordinating with the GHL team and reporting results to the founder.

Lead Generation: Coordinate landing pages, client approvals, and monitor lead flow.

Meta Advertising Coordination: Manage ad asset creation, client approvals, and performance reporting.

Client Communication: Handle day-to-day client messages and escalate strategic issues to the founder.

New Client Onboarding: Set up client workspaces, gather assets, brief teams, and schedule reviews.
Qualifications

Over 4 years in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel to coordinate pipelines, automations, and content scheduling.

Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for content review and briefs.

Excellent written English for internal and client communication.

Experience managing a small remote team across roles and time zones.

Solid understanding of social media content strategy for service-based businesses.

Confident in providing constructive feedback and perspective.
Requirements

Compensation range: $3,000 AUD - $4,000 AUD / Monthly + KPI bonuses.

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
