Role Description
Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst II for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. The Marketing Analyst II will manage and optimize strategies to bring customers back, especially those who have shown initial interest but may not have completed a desired action. This role aims to increase customer retention, drive repeat business, and move prospects through the sales funnel more effectively.
- Develop business segment, function, and process knowledge
- Understand business-area data and advanced analytics to implement solutions that improve profitable growth
- Provide collaborative support for planning, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring predictive or prescriptive analytics solutions
- Execute against project plans or agile user stories on time and effectively communicate the status of analytical solutions to key stakeholders
- Support business objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development
- Research market and competitive intelligence to drive strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and advanced analytical solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in English - will work with a team in the US
- Insurance Industry Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, statistical, marketing or related field
- +2 years of experience in business research, analytics or related field required
Requirements
- Layer in analytics including results from A/B or multivariate tests, knockout rates, drop off rates and other consumer and performance KPIs
- Project management and execution of strategic roadmap
