• Requires exceptional project management skills, polished client-facing communication, and the ability to manage a large portfolio of concurrent campaigns.
• Ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns.
• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure campaigns remain on schedule despite changing priorities and multiple moving pieces.
• Manage campaign budgets of up to approximately $200,000 USD.
• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, and other key performance metrics.

Benefits

• Work at the intersection of gaming, esports, influencer marketing, and digital entertainment.
• Manage campaigns involving internationally recognized creators and global brands.
• Gain experience managing significant campaign budgets and high-volume activations.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across sales, talent management, creative, and analytics.
• Fully remote work environment with long-term career growth opportunities.
