Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business research, strategy research, customer insights, industry analysis, product marketing, consulting, or related work

Native or professional fluency in English

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs

Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail

Assess whether conclusions are supported by appropriate evidence, assumptions, methodology, and business context

Identify weak sourcing, unclear methodology, unsupported claims, incomplete analysis, or poor linkage between research findings and recommendations

Review materials involving competitor profiles, benchmarking, positioning, pricing comparisons, product comparisons, market maps, and strategic implications

Assess whether competitive intelligence materials are realistic, well-structured, and useful for business decision-making

Evaluate market sizing models, industry summaries, SWOT analyses, Porter's Five Forces materials, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability

Provide clear written feedback that improves research quality and artifact usefulness

Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
