Role Description
We're looking for a Manager, Event & Field Marketing to own our global event program end to end. This is a senior individual contributor role, you won't manage people, but you will own outcomes: the strategy, the calendar, the budget, and the pipeline our events are accountable for.
-
Take full ownership of our virtual event program: the virtual DEMOFEST, RevAMP, and our webinar program.
-
Rebuild the webinar program from the ground up: set content strategy, build the calendar, own execution, and hold the program to pipeline and engagement targets.
-
Define success metrics for each program before launch and report results to marketing leadership and the broader GTM team.
-
Build and run the regional field event strategy across the U.S. and Europe, including first-party dinners, roadshows, and customer gatherings.
-
Own the external and sponsored event portfolio: evaluate opportunities, negotiate packages, and cut what isn't returning.
-
Drive pre-event, on-site, and post-event demand motions with Demand Generation and Sales Development.
-
Support in-person DEMOFEST experiences, partnering with the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing.
-
Own the event marketing budget: forecast, spend deliberately, and defend allocation with results.
-
Manage vendors, agencies, and contractors β set scope, hold them accountable, and maintain quality.
-
Use data to make decisions and build reporting to show event returns.
-
Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
4+ years in event, field, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
-
Proven experience running both virtual and in-person events, including at least one large-format or flagship program owned end to end.
-
Comfortable connecting event activity to pipeline and making decisions on program viability.
-
Budget ownership experience, including vendor negotiation and managing spend across a multi-event calendar.
-
Exceptional project management skills, running several events in parallel with minimal oversight.
-
Strong writing skills for promotional copy, session abstracts, and speaker communications.
-
Confident in front of executives, speakers, vendors, and attendees.
-
Fluency with the marketing stack (marketing automation, CRM, webinar and virtual event platforms); HubSpot experience is a plus.
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Benefits
-
Generous employer contribution towards health insurance, including dental and vision coverage.
-
Employer contributions to your HSA and access to HSA/FSA programs.
-
401(k) plan featuring company-matching contributions.
-
Paid parental leave.
-
Unlimited PTO and 12 company holidays.
-
Birthday day off and Flex Fridays (every third Friday of the month off).
-
Flexible remote work environment with a top-tier WFH setup.
-
Professional development program to expand skills and advance your career.
-
Two paid volunteer days each year at a charity of your choice.
