Role Description
We're looking for a Manager of Content Marketing who knows how to build a content engine that actually drives business β one that generates demand, accelerates deals, and positions VGV as the definitive authority in Flutter and enterprise digital experience development.

This is a strategic leadership role.

You'll orchestrate a network of internal experts, technical contributors, and external partners to produce content that opens doors and earns trust with sophisticated buyers.

You know what a great story looks like in the digital agency space.

You'll create templates and intake structures that make it easy for VGV's delivery teams to funnel you the raw material, so that great client work consistently becomes great content.

Responsibilities

AI & Claude Code as a Content Accelerant

Use AI tools β including Claude Code and modern LLM workflows β to dramatically accelerate content production without sacrificing quality.

Build AI-assisted workflows for drafting, editing, repurposing, and scaling content across formats.

Stay current on how AI is reshaping content creation, distribution, and discovery.

Champion AI fluency within the marketing function as a core operational advantage.

Content Strategy & Program Leadership

Set VGV's content strategy across all channels and formats.

Translate technical insights from developers and sales into high-impact B2B marketing content.

Build and manage a content operating model.
-
Partner with leadership to align content directly with revenue priorities and the sales cycle.

Case Studies & Delivery-Driven Content
-
Own the case study program end-to-end.

Design templates and lightweight processes for delivery teams.
-
Develop a strong editorial instinct for what resonates with enterprise buyers.

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

Design and operate a content-driven lead funnel.
-
Commission and oversee gated assets, thought leadership campaigns, and event content.

Own attribution β track what content is driving leads, pipeline, and influenced revenue.

SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Own VGV's organic search strategy.
-
Lead VGV's approach to Generative Engine Optimization.

Audit existing content for SEO and GEO performance.

Website Management & Analytics
-
Own and manage VGV's website as a content and conversion asset.

Use analytics to understand content performance.
-
Collaborate with design and development to improve content presentation.

Market Authority & Thought Leadership

Position VGV as the expert voice in Flutter development and enterprise mobile engineering.

Activate VGV's technical leaders as public voices.

Cultivate relationships with industry media and communities.

Brand Voice & Presence
-
Steward VGV's voice and tone across all content touchpoints.

Drive LinkedIn strategy and growth.

Oversee video and podcast programming.

Sales Enablement Content
-
Ensure the sales team has the content they need to move deals.

Partner with technical delivery and sales to capture client stories.

Maintain a library of current, credible, polished sales assets.
Qualifications
-
5+ years in content marketing, with significant time in B2B tech, developer tools, digital agency, or technical professional services.

Proven track record of building content programs that drove measurable pipeline or brand authority.

Experience orchestrating content production across internal SMEs, freelancers, and external partners.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and hands-on experience with GEO.

Experience managing or contributing to a company website as a content asset.

Comfort using AI tools (LLMs, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate and scale content production.

Deep understanding of the B2B content funnel.

Strong editorial instincts.

Experience with LinkedIn as a brand and thought leadership channel.

Familiarity with Flutter, mobile development, or the broader cross-platform engineering landscape.

Initial annual base salary expected to range from $135k-$155k (US Candidates and based on location).
