Role Description

The Manager, Campaign Management, leads the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth and customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in campaign management, including programmatic and online advertising platforms.

• Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across varied teams and leadership levels.
• Experience with integrated marketing communications, media planning, and bid management tools.
• Ability to develop and optimize advertising campaigns using advanced analytics and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.

• Communicate campaign progress, risks, and results clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Company Description

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
