Role Description
This role serves as the operational backbone of our lifecycle marketing team. You will be responsible for building, QA'ing, deploying, and maintaining email and SMS campaigns, automations, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies across a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will work closely with Lifecycle Strategists, designers, copywriters, and clients to ensure flawless execution and exceptional campaign performance. Responsibilities

Email & SMS Campaign Execution

Build, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns across multiple client accounts.

Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, retention programs, customer nurture journeys, and automated flows.

Configure dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and audience targeting.
-
Create and manage signup forms, popups, lead capture assets, and subscriber acquisition initiatives.
-
Support implementation of A/B tests and optimization initiatives.
-
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Lifecycle Automation & Flow Management

Build, maintain, and optimize automated lifecycle flows including:

Abandoned Cart
-
Browse Abandonment
-
Post-Purchase Flows
-
Win-Back Campaigns

Customer Retention Programs
-
VIP and Loyalty Journeys

SMS Automations
-
Troubleshoot flow logic, segmentation issues, and automation performance.

Monitor flow health and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Quality Assurance & Deployment

Own QA processes across all lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Review campaigns and automations for:

Rendering accuracy

Personalization and dynamic content functionality

Link validation

Tracking implementation

Mobile responsiveness

Deliverability best practices

Identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.

Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.

Client & Team Support

Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Strategists to execute retention marketing initiatives.

Support client communication regarding approvals, revisions, and deployment schedules.
-
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure projects move efficiently through production.

Assist with gathering feedback and managing revision cycles.
-
Participate in internal project planning and workflow coordination.

Project Management & Operations
-
Manage project workflows and tasks using Asana or similar project management platforms.
-
Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
-
Maintain organized documentation and execution processes.
-
Support process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and scalability.
-
Help reduce production bottlenecks and improve delivery consistency.

Reporting & Optimization Support
-
Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
-
Validate campaign tagging and tracking implementation.
-
Support performance analysis through data collection and reporting preparation.
-
Document testing results and campaign learnings.
-
Identify execution-related opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
-
Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle flows.
-
Experience working with Shopify ecommerce brands.
-
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
-
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles.
-
Experience supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work during US business hours.
Preferred Experience

Experience with Attentive or other SMS marketing platforms.

Agency experience supporting multiple ecommerce clients.

Experience with email deliverability best practices.

Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting.

Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.

Experience supporting A/B testing initiatives.
