Role Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will focus on executing and supporting marketing strategies that engage customers throughout their lifecycle, aiming to enhance retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture and engage customers.
- Segment customer lists to tailor communications and optimize engagement strategies.
- Create and curate content for email and digital marketing initiatives aimed at various customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on lifecycle or customer engagement.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning about customer behavior and lifecycle marketing strategies.
