Role Description
We are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Email and SMS. Reporting initially to the Sr. Director of Growth and Ecomm, but working closely with E-commerce, Growth, Customer Support, and Brand Marketing teams. This person will have the opportunity to generate and bring their ideas to life to ultimately drive growth and improve channel performance.
Role Summary:

Own Email and SMS retention strategy across Lumin & Meridian, driving brand performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Execute all Email (Klaviyo) & SMS (Attentive) brief, builds, QA, segmentation, deployments aligning with market specific data privacy and regulations.

Partner cross-functionally to align lifecycle marketing with brand strategy.

Run continuous A/B tests (creative, offers, timing, segmentation, LPs) and drive actionable insights.

Build and optimize audience segments to improve targeting and performance.

Monitor program health (deliverability, engagement, list growth) and optimize sign-up flows.

Set KPIs and reporting, making sure channel targets are met/exceeded.

Act as lifecycle SME, identifying new opportunities and best practices.
Qualifications

2-4+ years hands-on Email/SMS experience (DTC or agency).

Strong Klaviyo + Attentive expertise.

Proven in lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands/priorities.

Strong communication + analytical skills.

Proficient in Sheets/Excel + Slides.
Requirements

Analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma).

Subscription business experience.

Some basic HTML knowledge.

CRM/data experience (flows, triggers, databases).

PST timezone availability.
