[Hiring] Lead User Acquisition @Ant-Tech

Role Description

We're looking for a Lead User Acquisition to drive the growth of our mobile game portfolio across global markets. You'll own the UA strategy from planning and execution to creative testing, analytics, and budget optimization, with a strong focus on profitable scaling.

• Lead the overall UA strategy for mobile game titles across Tier 1 and emerging markets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and other performance channels.
• Manage large advertising budgets and maximize ROAS, LTV, and user quality.
• Build a structured creative testing framework with designers and video editors to continuously improve CTR and IPM.
• Analyze player cohorts and optimize campaigns using CPI, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, LTV, Payback Period, and IPM.
• Collaborate with Product and Game Design teams to improve monetization and player retention.
• Identify new growth opportunities through channel expansion, market testing, and audience segmentation.
• Mentor UA specialists and establish best practices for campaign management and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing for mobile games.
• Proven track record of scaling casual, puzzle, hybrid-casual, or mid-core games profitably.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and Unity Ads.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming KPIs: CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention, ARPU, CTR, and IPM.
• Experience managing monthly UA budgets from $100K+.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or Tableau.
• SQL knowledge for campaign and cohort analysis.
• Experience launching games globally (US, EU, SEA).
• Leadership experience managing a UA team.
