[Hiring] Lead UA Manager @PlayMe Studio

Role Description

We are looking for Lead UA Manager to join our team for our new fast-growing AI-powered web project MySpicy.ai, focused on AI virtual dating experience.

• Lead user acquisition for a growing web product
• Guide a focused team of UA specialists
• Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
• Test hypotheses, analyze results, and scale what works
• Stay hands-on: launch campaigns, troubleshoot, and jump into details when it matters most

Qualifications

• Solid experience in web acquisition, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads
• Understanding of subscription-based monetization models
• Experience with both mainstream and alternative traffic sources
• Calm, structured, and reliable approach to challenges
• Team player with leadership experience, comfortable mentoring others
• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian (Intermediate+ level)

Requirements

• Experience with Adult networks (will be a plus)
