[Hiring] Junior Paid Media Coordinator @Lean Solutions Group

Role Description

The Paid Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the execution of the media strategy through various tasks, including:

• Managing daily publishing, content creation, and community engagement.
• Publishing daily content across platforms and executing the content calendar with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring engagement in real-time and collaborating with channel owners to adjust strategy.
• Working closely with Channel Lead & designers to build, proof, and traffic ads.
• Providing actionable feedback to refine creative direction.
• Collecting campaign performance data and completing reporting on channel KPIs.
• Developing engaging and platform-appropriate captions, headlines, and copy.
• Proofreading all written content for clarity, tone, and compliance.
• Supporting channel leads and collaborating on paid initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in any work environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Strong computer skills, with general knowledge of social media platforms and media management tools (preferably Meta).
