Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate content shoots by scheduling timelines, aligning stakeholders, and managing logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of content production.
• Manage follow-ups with stakeholders to gather required inputs such as scripts, approvals, and participation.
• Oversee post-production workflows by coordinating with editors and designers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update the master content calendar, tracking deadlines and dependencies.
• Identify potential delays and proactively address risks to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Support content creation through writing, basic design, and minor video editing tasks.
• Assist in capturing content during shoots, including candid moments and supporting visuals.
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with campaign goals and quality standards.
• Facilitate seamless communication across teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating and following up with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 420000 (ie INR 3-4.2 LPA).
