Role Description
Are you ready to be the face and the driving force behind our brandβs entry into the Polish market? We are looking for a motivated, data-driven, and communicative (Junior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to build our presence in Poland from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a market and scale our brand through strategic partnerships.

You handle the entire lifecycle of a partnership: from initial sourcing and outreach to negotiation, briefing, and long-term relationship management.
-
Network Building:
You will build and scale a high-performing network of influencers, managing a healthy mix of organic (unpaid/seeding) collaborations and large-scale paid campaigns.
-
Campaign Briefing:
You create clear, creative, and goal-oriented briefings that empower creators to produce high-converting content while staying "on-brand."
-
Data Analysis & Optimization:
You track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to constantly optimize your ROI and strategy.
-
Strategic Growth:
You identify trends within the Polish social media landscape and adapt our local strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
-
Brand Alignment:
You are the gatekeeper for our launch in Poland, including performing website checks, proofreading localized content, and ensuring all marketing channels are aligned with our brand identity.
-
Social Media Management:
You will launch and manage our local Polish Instagram account, creating a content calendar, posting engaging content, and interacting with our growing community to build brand loyalty.
