Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Manager to support our Creator Management team. This role is focused on maintaining internal systems, creator data, and operational processes that help our team scale efficiently. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path to growth into a Campaign Manager role.

• Creator & Roster Management
  • Maintain accurate creator records, rosters, and internal databases
  • Update and manage creator rosters and profiles
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for creators
  • Ensure all creator information is current, organized, and accessible
• Administrative & Operational Support
  • Support day-to-day operations for the Creator Management team
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and internal documentation
  • Help organize creator assets, insights, and performance data
  • Assist with internal workflows and process improvements
• Gifting & PR Coordination
  • Coordinate product gifting and PR opportunities with creators
  • Track and document gifting partnerships
  • Communicate opportunities between internal teams and creators
• Growth & Research Support
  • Build and maintain creator referral and prospect lists
  • Support team initiatives through research and data organization

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Interest in influencer marketing or the creator economy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with spreadsheets or data tracking is a plus
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are required
