This role involves working with the most successful YouTube agency on the planet, focusing on growth, learning, and shaping the future of brand content.

• Deep research into the foundations of why successful videos work on YouTube
• Ideate formats that feel native to YouTube, not recycled from other channels
• Build an idea engine to ensure every brand works on the best of the best ideas
• Write titles and thumbnails that are strategic, clickable, and never clickbait
• Collaborate with editors, creatives, and clients to make every video binge-worthy
• Use data to evolve your approach, without losing your creative instincts

Qualifications

• Obsessed with learning and self-improvement
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal English)
• Driven to be the best and work with A-players
• Excited about media and YouTube
• Scrappy, self-motivated, and ready to grow
• Ability to work remotely and independently
