Role Description
An enterprise client of Lifted, an award-winning global provider of digital marketing solutions, has an exciting opportunity to work on one of their top global accounts as a Marketing Coordinator and Execution Support. This role supports events, demand generation, gated content and project execution leads throughout a campaign lifecycle.

Planning & Setup:
Attends campaign planning meetings, alongside Project Execution Leads. Responsibilities may include:

Project planning

Ensuring data flow through the relevant systems

Supporting the PEL in setting expectations around delivery
-
Execution & Project Management:
Supports in a project management capacity once the setup and plans are understood. This role is integral to the end-to-end execution:

Ensuring that processes are followed
-
Supporting the PEL in assigning accountabilities to various players in the process
-

Demand generation

Gated Content & Lead Acquisition / Upload

Proof Point Publishing

Website Publishing

Event Execution – Support in managing event plans, including event preparation, registration and execution

Data & Insights:
Ensures customer leads are uploaded to Marketo and uses reporting provided by the Marketing Services Teams. Responsibilities include:

Providing specific views to stakeholders
-
Regularly reviewing Marketing Services Dashboards
-
Supporting Analytics Leads to associate marketing spend
-
Conducting monthly hygiene reviews to ensure metadata is correct
-
Subject Matter Expertise:
Acts as local champion on global commercial marketing tools and services. Responsibilities include:

Educating local stakeholders on modern marketing services and tool capabilities
Qualifications

Proven skills in written and verbal communications
-
Intermediate experience in client/account management and project management strategies and tools
-
Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools, and execution, both online and offline
-
Working knowledge of Marketo is helpful

Demonstrated understanding of event marketing, event planning, and associated tools and technologies
-
Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
-
Ability to manage relationships across different stakeholders, work collaboratively, and find resolutions for conflicts and issues
-
Must read, write, and speak in Japanese
Requirements

University degree
-
3+ years marketing communications experience (agency or client side) with a focus on event marketing and virtual events
