Role Description
As the International Podcast & Influencer Lead at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.
- Spearhead partnerships and content strategies across podcasts and influencer channels globally.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive podcast and influencer marketing strategy tailored to various international markets, building from the US playbook.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, podcast hosts, and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with brand, performance marketing, and regional teams to ensure influencer and podcast efforts integrate seamlessly into broader campaigns.
- Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and complies with local regulations and cultural sensitivities.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of podcast and influencer trends globally, identifying new opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage agency relationships in addition to buying media directly.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, podcast partnerships, or related roles, ideally in international markets.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and podcast collaborations at scale.
- Deep understanding of digital content trends, creator economies, and audience engagement tactics.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple projects across regions.
- Familiarity with mental health, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Experience working with global influencer platforms, tools, and compliance processes.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
