[Hiring] Influencer Talent & Campaign Planning Associate @Seismic

Role Description

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to support our Talent and Campaign Planning team with a strong focus on creator prospecting, vetting, and onboarding. This is an execution-focused role centered on identifying and vetting high-quality creators, building outreach pipelines, and supporting performance-driven campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and other content creation platforms.

• Prospect and identify content creators aligned with our key brand partners using platform research, tools, and outbound sourcing
• Evaluate creators based on performance metrics, audience alignment, past integrations, and content quality
• Conduct cold email outreach and manage relationship building with creators and talent managers
• Support onboarding and relationship management workflows for new creator partners
• Maintain organized prospecting pipelines and track outreach progress
• Negotiate creator rates and communicate Seismic's performance-driven approach to creators and talent managers

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of related professional experience in Influencer Marketing or other creator-economy related fields
• Detail oriented and highly communicative
• Experience with negotiating, data analysis, and prospecting
• Well-versed in digital advertising and influencer marketing terminology (i.e. YouTube/Instagram/Twitch metrics and best practices)

Requirements

• Professional experience working within influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related roles
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Influencer marketing agency or creator-focused environment
  • Talent sourcing, creator outreach, deliverable negotiations, or influencer campaign operations
  • YouTube creator partnerships or longform content integrations
  • Using performance metrics and platform data to evaluate creators
• Personal use of social media alone is not considered relevant experience for this role

Benefits

• Remote-friendly team with offices in Oakland, CA
• Full-time position with an anticipated base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location
• Final compensation will be determined based on several factors including candidate experience and internal equity
• Currently only able to consider candidates with legal residence in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Texas
