[Hiring] Influencer Marketing Specialist @Karsh Hagan Madden

Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of paid influencer programs and coordinate campaigns across digital and social media channels. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and reaching out to influencers, matching them with client needs, and supporting them throughout campaigns.
• Coordinating social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Managing the logistical execution of campaigns by monitoring progress, deadlines, and influencer deliverables.
• Managing and growing the influencer and blogger network database.
• Handling administrative tasks such as new vendor forms, payment tracking, and processing invoices.
• Staying informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to gather key insights for the internal strategy teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of full-time experience (or equivalent internship experience) in PR, marketing, or influencer relations.
• Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to build effective influencer relationships.
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• The ability to multitask and work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year for client needs, events, or campaign-related activities.
