Areas of ownership:

Own Parloaโs LinkedIn, X, and emerging social accounts, making them feel less like corporate distribution channels and more like content people want in their feeds.

Define what Parloa talks about and how we sound on social media and communities.

Turn launches, industry news, research, events, and company moments into content people want to engage with.
-
Connect and amplify the best ideas coming from our executives, creators, customers, and the industry.

Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and new formats.
-
Say no to content that exists only because someone thinks we should post it.

Plan and execute Parloaโs social media editorial calendar.

Own the social media metrics/KPIs, using the data to identify social media opportunities.
Qualifications
-
More than 5 years of experience in managing social media and growing online communities.

Exceptional editor and writer who can spot a great hook and protect a sharp, human voice.

Understand how ideas, people, and narratives spread online, genuinely immersed in B2B tech.

Know what makes someone โ or a brand โ worth following.

Can manage agencies and keep external partners accountable without becoming dependent on them.

Know how to build genuine relationships with influential people.

Comfortable pushing for a stronger point of view when the safe version is forgettable.

Move quickly when something interesting is happening.
