Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic thinker to lead our Influencer Marketing team while also serving as the go-to problem solver for campaign execution and contract negotiations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our influencer campaigns run smoothly, performance goals are met, and any challenges are effectively addressed.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Influencer Marketing team.
Schedule and conduct quarterly performance reviews with clear goal setting.
Oversee large-spend influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and deliver ROI.
Troubleshoot any campaign issues that arise, providing swift and effective solutions.
Guide and assist the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and talent.
Ensure influencer collaborations align with overall brand strategy and objectives.
Oversee and approve the ideation, development, and execution of creative influencer content.
Assist in crafting and maintaining clear, professional, and effective email communications with agencies and talent.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between influencers and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Aid in resolving all contractual redlines, ensuring adequate protection without jeopardizing deals.
Serve as a key point of escalation for any influencer or agency-related conflicts.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable success.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Exceptional communication skills – you know how to get what you want while maintaining strong relationships.
Experience in contract negotiations and understanding legal considerations in influencer agreements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
