If you're an Influencer Marketing Manager who can oversee street interview content, recruit and mentor creators, ensure consistent social media presence, and drive cost-efficient content expansion and innovation that drives real results β you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Crafting

Street Interview & On-Ground Content Projects
-
Own end-to-end execution of street-style content projects.

Recruit confident young men/women who can speak well in public.

Identify interviewers with potential and groom them.

Pair interviewers with suitable videographers.

Manage schedules, locations, and logistics.

Deploy teams to:

Peak clubbing areas

Party hotspots

Events, campuses, nightlife zones

Prepare interviewers with:

Rough content direction

Sample questions

Shooting objectives (tone, vibe, pacing)

Ensure content output is consistent, usable, and on-brand.

Think like a producer, not just a coordinator.

Influencer & Talent Grooming Program

Scout college students / young creators with social media instinct.

Onboard, manage, and mentor them.

Help them:
