Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Account Manager is a highly detail-oriented professional who drives the end-to-end strategy, execution, and client management of impact-driven creator campaigns. Serving as the vital bridge between client vision and creator execution, this individual oversees campaign lifecycles from:

• Initial discovery
• Creator negotiations
• Content approvals
• Wrap-up performance analytics

As a trusted partner to a portfolio of accounts, they work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver seamless operations and build long-term relationships that consistently drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing.
• Previous experience working in a U.S. agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience managing large accounts and complex campaigns.
• Proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships, retention, and account growth.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, or equivalent.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAM
