Role Description
As the Influencer and Creator Manager, you'll be at the heart of Alpha Lion's influencer marketing strategy, leading the evolution of our influencer and creator partnerships. The role will drive the creation of a powerful, authentic, and scalable content ecosystem, elevating Alpha Lion's brand and increasing both organic reach and engagement.
- Own the strategy and execution of our influencer and creator program, growing the network of top-performing creators and aligning collaborations with key business goals such as brand visibility, engagement, and direct sales.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with creators who align with Alpha Lion’s brand values, ensuring content resonates with the target audience while maximizing organic reach and engagement.
- Own and optimize the program budget, ensuring cost-efficient partnerships while maintaining quality content. Conduct regular reviews to track performance, making proactive adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with the content and performance marketing teams to ensure creators consistently deliver high-quality content that aligns with campaign goals and enhances paid media strategies.
- Define clear, measurable objectives and KPIs for the influencer program, tracking reach, engagement, CPM, and impact on organic growth. Implement a feedback loop to continuously optimize collaborations.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team to scale the program, ensuring clear roles and KPIs. Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and team development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Expand Alpha Lion’s brand presence by engaging diverse creators across multiple sectors. Design innovative, brand-building campaigns with measurable outcomes, ensuring long-term brand positioning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or similar roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful influencer programs.
- Strong understanding of influencer relationships, negotiation, and compensation models.
- Experience managing large budgets and allocating resources effectively across partnerships.
- Expertise in content creation processes and collaborating with creators to develop high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Experience working with performance teams to integrate influencer content into paid media strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of performance tracking tools and KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, CPMs, organic search).
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring clear accountability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

How your first 90 days will look
- Develop the Influencer & Creator Program: Build the influencer and creator program from the ground up. Review all current partnerships and deals to establish a scalable and sustainable structure.
- Create Scalable Systems: Implement systems that efficiently scale the program with a clear, measurable framework to track overall and individual creator performance.
- Implement the Right Tech Stack: Identify and integrate the necessary tools for sourcing, managing, paying, and communicating with creators to streamline onboarding and program operations.
- Define Targets & KPIs: Collaborate on setting new targets and KPIs to measure program and creator success. Propose inventive incentive structures and compensation plans aligned with scalable earned reach and efficiency goals (CPM).
- Establish Reporting & Accountability: Set up a consistent reporting and analysis cadence to ensure creators and athletes meet their weekly targets and deliverables.
- Own the Paid Media Creator Program: Lead the internal program for selected creators to consistently produce content for paid media channels in alignment with Creative Strategists and the performance team.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Define the team structure, including roles, scorecards, and onboarding processes. Act as the hiring manager and actively participate in recruiting top talent to build a world-class, high-performance team.
