Role Description

As the Health eCommerce Associate Director, you will lead the development and execution of digital commerce strategies that drive short- and long-term growth for Best Buy Health. In this role, you'll oversee key aspects of the e-commerce business, including:

• Digital strategy
• Customer experience
• Online merchandising
• Marketplace growth
• Performance optimization

You'll partner across product, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences while identifying new opportunities to meet evolving customer needs. This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic and data-driven leader who is passionate about driving online growth and innovation.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Qualifications

• 7 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• 5 years of leadership experience
• 5 years of project leadership experience
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through significant organizational change or digital transformation, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO, and applied analytics to drive online sales and customer engagement
• Proven track record of success in managing medium to large-scale e-Commerce platforms and driving online sales growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• 9 years of demonstrated success in an e-Commerce role in a high performing business
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, and Walmart
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
