[Hiring] Head of Strategy (US Market)- Food & Beverage @Agency VEO

Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Strategy (US) – Food & Beverage to design and lead market entry, positioning, expansion, and growth strategies for brands in the US market. This role will be responsible for building the strategic roadmap for the US — defining how brands should grow, how they should enter different channels, and how to translate ambition into clear, actionable, multi-channel strategies.

We are looking for a strong strategic leader with real business judgment and vision — someone capable of guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring that everything we build responds to a clear and shared direction.

Responsibilities

• Design 360º, multi-channel go-to-market strategies for brands and products
• Develop positioning frameworks, market entry strategies, and territorial expansion plans
• Lead new product launch strategies and growth plans
• Conduct strategic diagnostics across market, consumer, competition, channels, and opportunities
• Connect business strategy with creativity — defining concepts, narratives, activations, and priorities
• Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure aligned end-to-end execution
• Provide direction to multidisciplinary teams, setting focus, structure, and ways of working
• Present strategic proposals to clients with clarity, rigor, and authority
• Turn ambiguity into structure and translate vision into actionable plans
• Ensure strategies are implemented with consistency and long-term vision

Qualifications

• Understands brands as systems, not isolated campaigns
• Can move seamlessly between strategy, business, and creativity
• Has experience in Food & Beverage or consumer brands
• Is comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Has a hands-on mindset
• Can lead people, decisions, and strategic direction

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or brand leadership
• Proven experience in brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product launches
• Experience working across multi-channel ecosystems
• Strong understanding of the US market
• Experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects
• Background in F&B, CPG, or lifestyle brands
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
• English is required; Spanish is a strong plus
