Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 50 and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months.
About the Role
Roamless is competing in one of the most exciting and competitive consumer spaces globally (eSIM). Organic discovery is a core growth lever for us.
We’re looking for a Head of SEO and ASO to build a compounding engine across web SEO and ASO, and to ensure we show up in the new world of AI driven discovery (GEO).
You’ll own organic acquisition and conversion with revenue accountability, shipping programmatic SEO at scale, running ASO experiments continuously, and partnering with Product/Data/UA to prove impact.

What you'll do
🎯 Your mission is to build a compounding Organic Growth engine across SEO + ASO + GEO. This engine will drive incremental revenue through high intent discovery and conversion.
Responsibilities
SEO
- Own web SEO to drive traffic and revenue.
- Lead technical SEO: crawl/indexation, internal linking, CWV, schema, hreflang.
- Ship programmatic SEO (templates, scalable pages, internal linking system).
- Create SEO-first tutorials/guides (text + video) that rank and convert.
GEO
- Own GEO pipeline: content and structure optimized for LLM visibility (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini), keep it updated, and improve briefs for the team.
- Monitor and optimise Roamless visibility in LLM answers / AI search results.
ASO
- Own ASO strategy for iOS/Android: keyword research, metadata, localisation.
- Own store listing conversion: messaging, screenshots/video, A/B tests, align offers with visuals.
- Own ratings/reviews loop: insights to product + consistency.
Measurement / Ops
- Define KPI framework + dashboards for organic revenue, store CVR, and visibility.
- Build a recurring experimentation cadence (weekly reporting + backlog grooming + shipping).
What you'll bring
Experience
- 6–8+ years in Organic Growth / SEO in competitive consumer or subscription environments (travel/fintech/utilities/SaaS).
- You have a track record of scaling organic acquisition in a way that clearly drove business outcomes, not just traffic (eg. you were able to impact revenue, CAC reduction, conversion lift).
- You have strong technical SEO foundations. You’ve worked closely with engineers and shipped changes.
- You’re comfortable with attribution/tooling discussions and building dashboards.
- You’ve owned the ASO strategy and have proven ASO experimentation discipline (hypothesis → test → lift → iteration).
- You’ve managed or mentored SEO talent.
Traits
- You’re proficient in both traditional SEO and modern ranking techniques for generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
- You’re analytical and commercial. You think in revenue, payback and cohort behaviour. You have the business acumen to connect what’s happening on the product side to your own area.
- You’re resourceful and able to have a big impact with limited team and budget.
- You're curious and experimental in your approach and methodologies. This field is changing fast and you’re hungry to learn, experiment and adapt.
- You have strong cross functional leadership skills. You’re able to drive roadmap across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, and Creative.
Location and contract
Full time and fully remote role.
Our team members are scattered across Europe, many in Turkey and a few in Dubai. We’re looking for someone whose timezone is between UTC and UTC+04:00. We are unable to consider candidates in other timezones.
We offer local permanent contracts through our EOR provider or on Turkish payroll.
