[Hiring] Head of Product Marketing @Ethena

Role Description

At Ethena, we’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to serve as the vital bridge between our Product team and the rest of the world. Reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer, you will be the chief storyteller, positioning strategist, and launch maestro for everything we build. Your job is to turn what we build into a story our buyers—compliance, HR, and legal leaders—get in seconds.

• Own Positioning, Messaging & Packaging
• Define the ICP & Value Props: Understand buyer personas and articulate our value to prospects and clients.
• Master Pricing & Packaging: Partner with leadership to evaluate and optimize pricing models.
• Tell the "Why": Articulate why features were built and how they solve customer pain points.
• Be on the frontlines with buyers
• Help drive exceptional sales calls: Join demo and discovery calls to showcase features.
• Partner on Customer-Facing Marketing initiatives: Host webinars and collaborate on post-sale strategies.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product and GTM
• Share learnings with Product: Capture insights from demo calls and synthesize them for the Product team.
• Decode the Roadmap: Understand upcoming features and translate them into buyer-friendly language.
• Drive Launches & Hands-On Execution
• End-to-End Launch Ownership: Lead launch orchestration across teams.
• Create the Artifacts: Develop pitch decks, product web pages, and messaging templates.
• Enable the Commercial Team: Conduct enablement sessions and create quick reference materials.

Qualifications

• Exceptional, Concise Communicator: Clear and structured communication across various formats.
• Customer-Obsessed: Energized by live calls and quick to spot patterns across conversations.
• Experience Marketing to Non-Technical Buyers: Background in marketing to business buyers.
• Proven SaaS Product Marketing Background: Experience in simplifying complex B2B SaaS products.
• AI-Forward Mindset & 'Vibe Coding' Aptitude: Incorporate AI into workflows and experiment with technology.
• Scrappy, High-Velocity Execution: Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting roadmaps.
• Sense of Humor & Curiosity: A great sense of humor is a must.

Requirements

• Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 a year.
• Remote-first organization hiring candidates based in the United States.
• No employer visa sponsorship available for this role.
