Role Description

We’re looking for a well-connected iGaming acquisition specialist who already has strong relationships with publishers, PPC partners, media-buying agencies, parasite SEO networks, and traffic sources. This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who knows the industry, knows who delivers, and can turn existing relationships into profitable player acquisition from day one.

• Build and manage strategic acquisition partnerships across publishers, PPC, SEO, and media-buying networks.
• Secure strong website placements, sponsored content, and commercial partnerships.
• Own acquisition budgets, negotiate deals, and scale the best-performing channels.
• Track FTDs, CPA, player value, retention, ROI, and payback.
• Identify new opportunities and quickly turn them into revenue across multiple brands and markets.
• Ensure campaigns comply with gambling advertising and platform regulations.

Qualifications

• Existing, active relationships within the iGaming acquisition ecosystem are essential.
• Strong experience in iGaming, casino, sportsbook, or performance marketing is required.
• Experience managing acquisition budgets and negotiating directly with partners.

Requirements

• We’re not looking for someone who needs six months to build a network.
• You should already know the key players and have a proven track record of securing placements.
• Ability to generate commercial opportunities quickly.
