Role Description

You lead marketing at Endless. You set our marketing strategy and manage the team that carries it out.

• Looking for someone plugged into the consumer brand world.
• Clear view of how to make Endless the name operators know.
• Fast-paced environment; strategy and execution are key.

What Success Looks Like

• Trade shows: Ensure Endless gets noticed at every show we attend.
• Brand recognition: Consumer brands recognize Endless in conversations about scaling omnichannel brands.
• Working with our media platform: Collaborate with Commerce is Chaos on advertising placements.
• Better strategy and organization: Drive strategy to keep the team focused and productive.

What You'll Own

• Marketing strategy: Channel mix and campaign plan across LinkedIn, email, paid, and events.
• Managing a team: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and freelance support.
• Managing our fractional paid media resource and owning the paid budget.
• Events and trade shows: Select shows and build the budget; accountable for event success.
• Commerce is Chaos: Collaborate on features and promotions.
• Attribution and reporting: Measure marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition costs.
• Messaging: Convert insights into positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing for a team and setting its strategy.
• Experience managing people.
• Strong understanding of the consumer brand industry.
• Ability to enjoy both strategy and execution.
• Comfortable moving fast with a small team.

Logistics

• Title: Head of Marketing or Director of Marketing (to decide).
• Reports to: Sam Rose, CEO.
• Full-time, remote.
• Full benefits package including healthcare and 401k.
• Compensation: $150,000–$175,000 base.
