Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for Civic Roundtable’s next stage of growth.

• Set the strategy across brand, positioning, product marketing, growth, and field marketing.
• Lead a lean team that includes a growth marketer and a marketing designer.
• Work directly with our founders, Sales, Product, and customer-facing teams.
• This is a hands-on leadership role.
• Report directly to the CEO and be the senior marketing voice on the leadership team.
• This role can be remote, with a preference for candidates based in Boston or New York.
