Role Description
We are searching for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead Code3’s marketing strategy and function. In this role, you’ll define what Code3 should be known for, identify the audiences and accounts that matter most, and build a marketing engine that strengthens our reputation, creates demand and contributes meaningfully to growth. You’ll own the full marketing ecosystem—from brand and positioning to thought leadership, content, executive visibility, events, PR, partnerships and demand generation. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll work closely with our Growth team, executive leadership and senior subject matter experts across the agency. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who can set the strategy, create the operating model and execute alongside a lean internal team and external partners.

-
Create a focused events and experiences strategy, including executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, partner programming and key industry moments.
-
Turn Code3’s strongest client work, platform relationships and expertise into compelling stories, case studies, awards, PR opportunities and co-marketing programs.
-
Own Code3’s marketing strategy, annual plan and budget, leading a lean internal team and external partners across PR, research, events, design and production.
-
Establish clear priorities and operating rhythms that allow a small team to produce outsized impact and build the marketing organization over time based on demonstrated business needs.
