Role Description
Als Head of Marketing führst du unser kreatives und performance-getriebenes Marketingteam – bestehend aus Creative Strategy, Content, Media Buying und weiteren Rollen. Dein Fokus liegt auf Paid Ads, Growth-Strategie und kreativer Kampagnenführung. Du verbindest Brand-Denken mit messbarer Performance und bist verantwortlich für das gesamte Marketing-Setup – von Strategie bis Execution.
- Du entwickelst und steuerst die übergreifende Marketingstrategie – von Paid Social bis Creative Testing.
- Du fĂĽhrst das Team (Creative Strategist, Content Creation, Media Buying, Influencer) und koordinierst interne wie externe Ressourcen.
- Du ownst und entwickelst unsere Funnels – von der Ad über Landingpages und Advertorials zum Checkout – kontinuierlich weiter und optimierst jede Stufe auf maximale Conversion.
- Du verantwortest alle bezahlten Kanäle (Meta, Google, TikTok, ggf. Native & YouTube) – inkl. Budgetplanung, Performance und Skalierung.
- Du analysierst Daten, optimierst Creatives, Funnels & KPIs – mit Fokus auf CAC, MER, LTV und ROAS.
- Du steuerst externe Agenturen & Partner, testest neue Kanäle und baust ein skalierbares Growth-System.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Operations und Foundern zusammen – vor allem bei Launches und Aktionen.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing – idealerweise im D2C- oder Supplement-Umfeld.
- Ganzheitliches Denken und Arbeiten wie ein Generalist – mit mindestens einer klaren Superpower.
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams oder Koordination mehrerer Spezialisten – Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen & Klarheit zu schaffen.
- Paid-Ads-Profi – besonders auf Meta & Google – Kenntnisse in Tools wie Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4 o. ä.
- Kreatives & analytisches Denken – Verständnis für Menschen und Metriken.
- Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität als Growth-Owner.
- Gespräch für moderne Brand-Ästhetik und Balance zwischen Performance & Markenaufbau.
