Role Description

This role involves shaping Demand Generation at LetsData from the ground up.

  • Design and own LetsData’s multi-channel demand generation strategy across digital, field events, email, and targeted outreach.
  • Build the entire foundations of inbound and outbound demand, including messaging frameworks, campaign playbooks, lead scoring, lifecycle journeys, attribution, and scalable activation flows tailored to enterprise cybersecurity buyers.
  • Turn thought leadership, intelligence cases, and research into a predictable pipeline, creating campaigns that translate complex InfoOps narratives into clear value for CISOs and CTI teams.
  • Plan and execute field events, private roundtables, executive dinners, and major conference activations, ensuring strong pre-event targeting and post-event conversion.
  • Own HubSpot and all marketing operations, including automation, lifecycle definitions, lead scoring, forms, reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Manage and optimize a budget ($300K–$1M), work with freelancers for specialized tasks, and help expand the function as LetsData grows.
  • Regularly report on marketing KPIs, pipeline impact, and campaign ROI to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of generating pipeline for B2B or B2G tech companies at a similar stage, with mandatory experience in security, cybersecurity, threat intelligence or adjacent domains.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets between $300K and $1M, making high-leverage decisions and prioritizing channels with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and reporting.
  • Hands-on execution of digital campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Strong event marketing experience, from intimate executive roundtables and private dinners to large industry conferences, including pre-event targeting and post-event conversion workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Sales in an early-stage startup, especially around account segmentation, outreach sequences, and fast feedback loops.
  • Comfort operating in zero-to-one environments, where clarity is earned through experimentation, not inherited from previous processes.
