[Hiring] Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships @AvantStay

Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships to lead influencer marketing and brand partnerships for AvantStay. You will:

• Manage creator marketing from strategy to results.
• Handle inbound requests from creators, agencies, and press, providing fast and fair responses.
• Conduct outbound outreach to find the right creators for each market.
• Negotiate deals including rates, deliverables, rights, exclusivity, and disclosure.
• Ensure content from collaborations continues to benefit us long after the stay.
• Develop brand partnerships from initial conversation to signed deal and results.
• Establish strategic partnerships that expand our audience and supply of homes.
• Measure the impact of partnerships on awareness, traffic, bookings, and owner leads.

Qualifications

• A network of creators, talent managers, and agencies in travel, lifestyle, design, family, and luxury.
• A record of negotiating creator deals, including structure, rights, and fees.
• Experience with outbound outreach at volume, achieving real reply and close rates.
• At least one brand-to-brand collaboration built from scratch.
• Strong taste and judgment in evaluating creators.
• Comfort with numbers, linking spend to reach, traffic, and bookings.
• Strong writing skills for briefs, pitches, and outreach.
• Fluency with creator platforms, affiliate and tracking tools, and AI tools for research.
• 4+ years in influencer or creator marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.

Requirements

• Must be able to work US business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern time).
• Must have excellent written and spoken English (near-native).
• This role is only open to global candidates outside the United States.
• Fully remote position.
