[Hiring] Head of Campaign Management @Heaven Media

Role Description

As Head of Campaign Management, you will lead and take overall accountability for Heaven Media's Campaign Management function. You will oversee the Senior Campaign Managers and Campaign Managers, ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently, efficiently and to a high standard across all accounts.

• Responsible for the quality of the team's work and adherence to agreed processes.
• Manage team performance, resource planning, and effective allocation of campaign management support across existing and new business.
• Act as the senior escalation point for campaign delivery issues.
• Ensure material risks are identified, addressed, and escalated appropriately.
• Provide clear visibility across campaign health, team capacity, client risks, and operational priorities.
• Retain responsibility for the hands-on management of selected campaigns or accounts where senior oversight, additional support, or complex delivery expertise is required.
• Work closely with Influencer Strategy, Performance Marketing, Account Management, PMO, Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments to ensure integrated, commercially responsible, and high-quality campaign delivery.
