[Hiring] Head of Affiliate @Talentgrator

Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to build and lead the affiliate direction from scratch. This is a key role where the candidate will be responsible for launching the affiliate direction, building the team, developing the partner network, and managing traffic. The position requires strong operational leadership, a deep understanding of traffic sources, and the ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Head of Affiliate / Team Lead
• Proven experience building affiliate programs or teams
• Strong experience in international partner acquisition
• Experience working with Tier 1 / 2 / 3 markets
• MUST: experience in media buying
• Strong understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Russian fluent, English - A2–B1 or higher

Key Responsibilities

• Build affiliate department from scratch (team, processes, strategy)
• Hire and manage Affiliate Managers
• Identify, attract, and onboard affiliates and webmasters
• Develop and scale partner network across multiple GEOs (Tier 1/2/3)
• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and traffic conditions
• Resolve conflicts with partners (traffic quality, payments, disputes)
• Develop internal processes and communication frameworks
• Analyze traffic performance and optimize funnels (CR, deposits, retention)
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Participate in GEO testing and scaling strategy
• Work closely with product, marketing, and other internal teams
• Understand and troubleshoot tracking systems and integrations
