Role Description
We’re looking to engage a
Head of Acquisition
to own and scale Duelbits’ full acquisition engine across all channels. This is a senior, commercially accountable role with direct responsibility for FTD growth, CPA efficiency, and early-lifecycle player value. You will define strategy, allocate budget, and continuously optimise performance across affiliates, creators, paid media, and emerging crypto-native channels.
Working closely with CRM, VIP, Social, Product, and Partnerships, you will ensure acquisition feeds high-quality players into the broader lifecycle, from first touch to long-term value.
What you’ll be doing

Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ownership

Define and execute end-to-end acquisition strategy across affiliates, creators, streamers, paid media, SEO, and Web3-native channels.

Own and dynamically allocate acquisition budgets based on CPA, LTV:CAC, and market opportunity.

Build a diversified acquisition mix to reduce channel dependency and unlock scalable growth.

Identify and test emerging platforms relevant to crypto-native and Gen-Z audiences.

Collaborate with Product to optimise onboarding, landing pages, and conversion flows.

Affiliate Programme Ownership

Own the affiliate programme end-to-end: onboarding, negotiation, optimisation, and performance management.

Structure and optimise commission models (CPA, rev share, hybrid) based on player value and profitability.

Manage affiliate platforms and ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Build and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliate partners.

Creator, Streamer & Influencer Growth

Scale Duelbits’ creator and streamer ecosystem across key platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, X).

Structure commercial agreements, incentives, and performance frameworks.

Collaborate with Social and community teams to amplify reach and engagement.

Identify and activate high-impact KOL and influencer opportunities across gaming, crypto, and sports.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Oversee all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic, display, etc.).

Own attribution infrastructure and cross-channel tracking (e.g. Voluum or equivalent).

Drive continuous testing across creatives, targeting, and conversion funnels.

Manage agency and external partner performance against ROI targets.

Navigate crypto-related advertising constraints and unlock scalable solutions.

Revenue & Commercial Accountability

Own acquisition P&L, delivering against FTD, CPA, and revenue targets.

Forecast channel performance and track against KPIs on an ongoing basis.

Produce structured reporting on acquisition performance and strategic outlook.

Work closely with Finance on reconciliation of affiliate, media, and partner costs.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and scale a high-performing acquisition team across affiliates, paid media, creators, and analytics.

Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.

Build internal capability and support team development as the function grows.

Establish strong operational cadence, reporting, and cross-functional alignment.

Stakeholder & Market Alignment

Provide data-driven insights on performance, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Present acquisition strategy and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Collaborate across CRM, VIP, Social, and Product to align acquisition with lifecycle performance.
Qualifications
-
5+ years’ experience in acquisition, growth, or commercial roles within iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino.

Proven track record scaling acquisition across affiliates, paid media, creators, and organic channels.

Deep understanding of affiliate economics (CPA, revenue share, hybrid, NGR).

Strong performance marketing and attribution experience (Voluum, GA, Appsflyer or similar).

Strong commercial acumen with ownership of budgets, forecasting, and ROI optimisation.

Experience leading and scaling teams in fast-paced, remote environments.

Excellent negotiation skills across affiliates, creators, and commercial partners.

Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of LTV/CAC and cohort analysis.
Advantageous Experience

Experience within crypto-native or Web3 environments.

Familiarity with token partnerships, DeFi integrations, and community-led acquisition.

Understanding of sportsbook or prediction market acquisition dynamics.

Existing network within iGaming affiliates, creators, or media partners.

Exposure to AI tools for marketing optimisation and automation.
