Role Description
As a Guest Posting Expert, your core job is simple: get high-quality guest posts published on legitimate, editorial websites for our clients. You'll own the full process β from identifying target sites and crafting pitches to coordinating content and confirming live placements.
This is not a link insertion role. We're looking for someone with real relationships with site owners and editors, and the ability to write or brief content that actually gets accepted.
What You'll Do
-
Prospect and identify relevant, high-quality websites for guest post opportunities (DR, traffic, topical relevance)
-
Build and maintain relationships with site editors, blog managers, and publishers
-
Write compelling outreach pitches that get responses and lead to placements
-
Coordinate or write publication-ready guest post content aligned with editorial guidelines
-
Manage the full placement pipeline from first contact to live URL
-
Track all outreach activity, placements, and status updates in Google Sheets or a shared tracker
-
Meet a minimum of 5-10 published guest posts per month across assigned client campaigns
-
Ensure all placements meet quality standards β no PBNs, no link farms, no low-traffic or irrelevant sites
Qualifications
-
2+ years of hands-on experience securing guest post placements on real editorial sites
-
A portfolio of live guest post placements you can point to (URLs required during application)
-
Existing network of site owners, editors, or publishers open to guest contributions
-
Ability to write outreach pitches and content briefs in clear, professional English
-
Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to assess site quality
-
Self-managed β you can hit targets without hand-holding
-
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: anchor text, topical relevance, link quality
Requirements
-
Your own list of sites that accept guest posts across multiple niches
-
Experience in SaaS, tech, marketing, or B2B content
-
Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, or similar)
-
Experience briefing or reviewing freelance content writers
-
Basic automation skills (Google Sheets, scraping, workflow tools)
Benefits
-
Work with well-known SaaS clients across competitive niches
-
Full creative freedom β pitch the sites and angles you believe in
-
Flexible schedule with no micromanagement
-
Grow your network further while getting paid to do it
-
Opportunity to step into a lead role and coordinate junior link builders over time
