[Hiring] GTM Operations & Campaign Coordinator @Adapts

Role Description

You will own the end-to-end execution of Adapts’ events and campaigns—from conference planning and sponsorship coordination to attendee list management, pre- and post-event campaigns, and customer meeting execution. This is a hands-on role focused on turning events into qualified pipeline through tight coordination, clean data, and reliable execution.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, execute, and tighten the loops between campaigns, events, and pipeline.
• Own execution.
• Procure attendee, registrant, and target account lists from organizers and partners.
• Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events: sponsorships, conferences, speaking engagements, and webinars.
• Manage end-to-end event execution: registrations, attendee lists, speaker coordination, follow-ups.
• Build and execute tailored LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid) aligned to ICPs and buying committees.
• Secure, clean, and enrich attendee and prospect lists; ensure data hygiene in CRM and marketing tools.
• Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal stakeholders across time zones.
• Track campaign and event performance; report on what worked and what didn’t.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event workflows with GTM advisor and CRO.
• Maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and ROI tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations at a B2B tech or SaaS company.
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn as a demand channel (ads, targeting, reporting) and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn organic motion.
• Strong spreadsheet discipline and CRM fluency (Hubspot).
• Ability to work independently across ambiguous, fast-moving priorities.
• Experience working remotely with US-based leadership teams.
• Strong operational instincts: you spot gaps, fix them, and don’t wait to be asked.
• Clear written English and calm execution under pressure.
