Role Description
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist at Curio Digital. This person will be the driving force behind our Growth System offering, owning the strategy that ties together design, development, and data to continuously improve our clients' websites.

Own the success of retainer clients and serve as their strategic partner across all website initiatives.

Manage the strategy and success for a portfolio of 5β6 retainer clients.

Run the strategic loop of ideation, prioritization, execution oversight, and data-driven iteration for retainer client websites.

Analyze performance data across SEO, Google Ads, and on-site conversion paths and translate findings into actionable recommendations and a roadmap of website projects.

Project manage key initiatives where execution involves copywriting, design, and development.

Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience working on and optimizing B2B SaaS websites.

Deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.

Client-facing experience, with confidence leading meetings with senior marketing stakeholders.

Website strategy expertise (page purpose, structure, collaboration with designers and developers).

Strong copywriting skills (AI use encouraged; output must be high quality).

Analytics proficiency (GA4, GSC, GTM, ad platforms), including ability to set up GA4 events or guide dev teams.

B2B SaaS experience (site structure, demo/trial funnels, optimisation without high-volume A/B testing).

Proactive approach to learning and utilizing AI (e.g., Claude) for content, analysis, and to rapidly generate design concepts.

Bias toward actionβyou are comfortable shifting from high-level strategy to hands-on execution when needed.
Requirements

Experience running A/B testing programs.

Experience with Webflow.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts.

Experience building/maintaining reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Databox, etc.).
