Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow recently acquired internet businesses and apps. This is not a narrow marketing role. You will be writing, launching, testing, measuring, and improving campaigns across multiple products. We are looking for someone who can take a rough idea, turn it into a practical campaign, ship it quickly, look at the numbers, and improve it without needing a lot of hand-holding.

What you will work on:

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels, including content, SEO, email, paid ads, social media, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
• Writing landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, social posts, ad copy, video scripts, product messaging, and other marketing assets that drive action.
• Improving website and funnel conversion through better messaging, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and follow-up flows.
• Researching customers, competitors, keywords, communities, and channels to find practical growth opportunities.
• Building and growing audiences across platforms where our customers spend time.
• Running experiments quickly, then using data to decide what to double down on, change, or stop.
• Tracking marketing performance and reporting clearly on what is working, what is not working, and what should happen next.
• Working with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, and user acquisition for newly acquired products.
• Using AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, ideation, analysis, and speed — while still maintaining quality and judgment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Strong written English.
• Evidence that you have created marketing work that produced results.
• Comfort working across several areas of marketing.
• Good judgment about what matters.
• A practical, self-directed working style.
• Comfort with basic marketing analytics.
• High ownership.

Requirements

• Experience marketing SaaS, apps, digital products, e-commerce, online communities, newsletters, or creator/media businesses.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid ads, conversion rate optimization, or social media growth.
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Webflow, WordPress, Canva, Figma, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Experience building or growing something yourself, even if it was not your main job.
