Role Description

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who’s done more than just run ads, someone who’s helped grow an app, explored different acquisition strategies, and knows what it takes to attract users. - 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, SEO, ASO, and user acquisition
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies, including launching products in new markets or scaling existing ones
- Ability to work across multiple channels and adapt to evolving strategies
- Close tracking of market trends and the ability to shape strategic decisions based on them
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing concepts like A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation
- A curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn on the go
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Great communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is a must
Qualifications
- Experience with growing an app or a SaaS tool, not just running campaigns
- Hands-on involvement in small-scale campaigns and measuring their impact
- Strong grasp of organic growth tactics beyond paid acquisition
- Some exposure to B2B marketing, but we are open to exploring different approaches
- Interest in App Store Optimization (ASO) and organic growth strategies
- Willingness to experiment, test different tools, and help shape our marketing efforts
- A mindset of continuous learning and improvement
- Experience in an agile working environment or industry
